Calutron Kızları, 1945'te Oak Ridge, Tennessee'deki II.Dünya Savaşı çabalarına katılan, çoğu lise mezunu olan bir grup genç kadındı.
O sırada bilmelerine izin verilmese de, uranyum izotoplarını ayıran bir kütle spektrometrisi olan kalutron için kadranları ve sayaçları izliyorlardı. Zenginleştirilmiş uranyum ilk atom bombasını yapmak için kullanıldı.
Calutron Girls, Y-12 Ulusal Güvenlik Kompleksi'nde eğitildi ve çalıştırıldı. Savaş zamanı işçi kıtlığı, Tennessee Eastman Corporation'ı Y-12 fabrikasında çalışmak üzere kadınları işe almaya zorladı.
