Charles-Emmanuel Sédillot (18 Eylül 1804 – 29 Ocak 1883) Fransız askeri doktor ve cerrah. Oryantalist Jean Jacques Emmanuel Sédillot (1777–1832)un oğlu ve tarihçi Louis-Pierre-Eugène Sédillot'un büyük kardeşi.
Paris'te doğdu, Alexis Boyer ve Philibert Joseph Roux'tan cerrahi dersleri aldı. 1836'da Val-de-Grâce'de operatif cerrahi profesörü oldu, .
Sedillot üretrotomi ve gastronomik operasyonların öncüsü oldu, ve piyemi tedavisi çalışmaları ile tanındı. "Mikrop" terimini yayınlarında kullandı (micros "küçük" ve bios "hayat").
