Clovis kültürü tarihöncesi bir Paleo-Kızılderililer kültürüdür, ismi 1920'li ve 1930'lu yıllarda Clovis, New Mexico yakınlarındaki 'da bulunan Pleistocene fauna ile bağlantılı olan taş aletlerden gelmektedir. Clovis kültürü yaklaşık olarak günümüzden 11.500-11.000 yıl öncesinde ortaya çıkmıştır.
