Frank Kelly (doğum adı : Francis O'Kelly; d. 28 Aralık 1938 – ö.28 Şubat 2016), İrlandalı aktör, şarkıcı ve yazar. Televizyon, radyo, müzik ve film çalışmaları yaparak ömrünü sanata adamış İrlandalı 60 yılını adamış bir aktördü. Father Jack Hackett karakterini canlandırdığı Tv komedi dizisi Kanal 4 yapımı Father Ted ile sivrilmiştir.

Erkek kardeşi ünlü çizgi filmci Charles E. Kelly'dir. 60 yıllık usta oyuncu 28 Şubat 2016'da 77 yaşında ölmüştür.
