Friends David Crane ve Marta Kauffman tarafından yaratılan yapımcılığını Warner Bros. Television şirketine bağlı Bright/Kauffman/Crane Productions'ın yaptığı NBC'de yayınlanmış bir Amerikan sitcom dizisidir. İlk bölümü 22 Eylül 1994'te yayınlanan dizi toplamda on sezon, 236 bölüm devam etmiş ve 6 Mayıs 2004'te final yapmıştır. Bölüm süresi 22-23 dakika arasında değişmekte, reklam aralarıyla birlikte 30 dakikalık bir zaman diliminde yayınlanmaktaydı.

Dizi New York'te yaşayan altı arkadaş olan Rachel Green (Jennifer Aniston), Monica Geller (Courteney Cox), Phoebe Buffay (Lisa Kudrow), Joey Tribbiani (Matt LeBlanc), Chandler Bing (Matthew Perry) ve Ross Geller (David Schwimmer)'ın hayatlarını konu alır. Dördüncü sezonun finali olan "The One with Ross's Wedding"in Londra'da çekilmesi dışında diğer bütün bölümler Burbank, Kaliforniya'daki 'nda çekildi.
