Hervé de Toulgoët (28 Mart 1911 - 14 Eylül 2009) Fransız böcek bilimci. Arctiidae ve Zygaenidae familyalarına ait güveler konusunda uzmanlaştı. Ayrıca Carabus adlı böcek türünü de inceledi. Kendisi hakkındaki bilgiler Paul Thiaucourt ve Jocelyne Navatte tarafından yazılmıştır.

Navatte'nin notuna göre Toulgoët 179 eser yayınladı. Carabus cinsi hakkında, Paris Ulusal Doğa Tarihi Müzesi koleksiyonundaki türlerin bir kataloğunu yayınladı.Zygaenidae ve bazı Fas türleri hakkında bir not yayınladı. Diğer çalışmaları ağırlıklı olarak Arctiidae üzerinedir.
