NADPH oksidaz 3, insanlarda NOX3 geni tarafından kodlanan bir enzimdir.
Fonksiyon
NOX3 gibi NADPH oksidazlar, birçok hücre tipinde bulunurlar ve plazma membranı ile ilişkili enzimlerdir. Elektron bağışlayıcısı olarak NADPH kullanarak, oksijenin 1 elektron indirgemesiyle süperoksit üretimini katalize ederler. [OMIM tarafından sağlanır]
