Andrew Leith Adams FRSE, FRS (21 Mart 1827 - 29 Temmuz 1882) İskoç bir ordu doktoru, doğa bilimci ve jeologdu.
Çeşitli zamanlarda görev yaptığı Asya ve Orta Doğu'ya yaptığı seyahatleri de anlatan kuş ve memeli örneklerini toplayıp tanımladı. Aynı zamanda Romancı Bertha Jane Grundy ile evli ve yazar Francis Adams'ın babasıdır.
