Bebek ve Çocuk Bakımı Sağduyu Kitabı (İngilizce: The Common Sense Book of Baby and Child Care), Benjamin Spock tarafından yazılan ve ilk kez 1946 yılında yayınlanan, bebek ve çocuk bakımı ile ilgili rehber özelliğinde olan bir kitaptır. Kitap ilk altı ayda 500.000 kopya satarak, neredeyse anında üne kavuşmuştur. 1998 yılında Spock'ın ölümüne kadar kitap dünya genelinde 50 milyondan fazla kopya satılmıştır. Amerika'da İncil'den sonra yirminci yüzyılın en çok satan kitabı unvanına sahiptir. 2011 itibarıyla 39 dile çevrilmiş durumdadır.

Spock'ın kitabı II. Dünya Savaşı sonrası nesil için çocuk yetiştirme yöntemlerinde devrim yarattı. Anneler Spock'ın tavsiyelerini harfiyen uyguluyor, onun samimi, güven verici yaklaşımını takdir ediyorlardı. Spock kitabında her şeyden önce, anne-babalara yeteneklerine ve içgüdülerine güvenmeleri gerektiğini vurgulamaktadır. Kitabın ünlü ilk satırı "Kendinize güvenin. Yapabileceğinizi düşündüğünüzden daha iyi olduğunuzu biliyorsunuz." şeklindedir.

Kitabın revize edilmiş basımları

Spock’ın hayatı boyunca kitabın 7 edisyonu yayımlanmıştır. 5. edisyondan beri birçok yazar kitabın revize edilmesine katkı sağlamaktadır. Spock'ın 1998'de ölümünden sonra ise 2 ek edisyon daha yayınlanmıştır. Kitabın basımları şu şekildedir:
