Chicago Polis Departmanı (İngilizce: Chicago Police Department (CPD)), Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nin Chicago kentinin polis teşkilatıdır. 20 Kasım 1835 tarihinde kurulmuş olup ABD'nin en eski ikinci polis teşkilatıdır ve kamu düzenini korumak ve yasaları uygulamaktan sorumludur. Merkezi Michigan Bulvarı üzerinde yer almaktadır.
