Dr. Daniel Goleman (d. 1946, , Kaliforniya), Amerikalı psikolog ve danışmandır. Özellikle, duygusal zekâyla ilgili yazdığı kitapları farklı dillerde tercüme edilmiştir.
The New York Times'ta davranış ve beyin bilimleri konularından sorumludur, makaleleri dünya çapında yayınlanmaktadır. Doktora derecesini aldığı Harvard Üniversitesi'nde ders vermiş, Psychology Today'in baş editörlüğünü yapmıştır.
