NADPH oksidaz 1, insanlarda NOX1 geni tarafından kodlanan bir enzimdir.
NOX1, fagositlerin süperoksit üreten NADPH oksidazının katalitik alt biriminin, gp91phox, bir homologudur. Bu gen için farklı izoformları kodlayan iki transkript varyantı bulunmuştur.
