Papirüs 43 (Gregory-Aland listesine göre: ${\mathfrak {P}}^{43}$ ) Yunanca Kutsal Yazıların (Yeni Ahit) Grekçede yazılan eski bir kopyasıdır. Bu papirüs el yazması Vahiy kitabının birçok ayet içermektedir. Papirüs bugün Londra'da British Library 'de (paraf: Inv. 2241) saklanır.
