Türkiye-Uganda ilişkileri, Türkiye ile Uganda arasındaki dış ilişkilerdir. Türkiye'nin Kampala'da, Uganda'nın ise Ankara'da büyükelçiliği vardır.

Diplomatik ilişkiler
Özellikle Amin döneminde Uganda ile iş yapan bir dizi Türk firması olmasına rağmen, Türkiye'nin Uganda ile önemli bir ilişkisi yoktu.
1960'larda Türkiye, İsrail ve Uganda ekonomik ve askeri konularda işbirliği yaptı. Ancak 1960'ların sonunda, Başkan Obote, Sudan ile bağları güçlendirdi ve İsrail ile ilişkiler gerildi. İsrail'in Amin'e verdiği destek Obote hükûmetinin devrilmesine yol açtı. Başkan Amin, İsrail ile dostane ilişkileri hızla geliştirdi.
Çoğunlukla, Türk hükûmeti düşük profilini korudu ve yerel Uganda siyasi meselelerine veya ekonomik yardıma karışmaktan kaçındı. Uganda'nın 1973'te Birleşik Krallık'tan ayrılmasının ardından Uganda'nın insan hakları ihlalleri nedeniyle ilişkiler gerildi.
Amerika Birleşik Devletleri Kongresi'nin Uganda ile tüm ticareti sona erdirme kararını takiben Türkiye de aynı şeyi yaptı. Idi Amin'in 1979'da devrilmesinden sonra Türkiye, ABD ile birlikte ikinci Obote rejimine yardım etti.
Ekonomik ilişkiler
- İki ülke arasındaki ticaret hacmi 2018 yılında 40 milyon ABD doları olmuştur.
