Mimar bir baba ve sanatçı bir annenin oğlu olarak 1960 yılında Londra’da dünyaya gelen Timothy John Winter 1979 yılında 19 yaşındayken İslam’ı kabul etti ve Abdülhakim Murad ismini aldı.
