Hayatı
Focás, 17 Ağustos 1937'de Spyros Androutsopoulos doğum adıyla Patras, Yunanistan'da doğdu.
Yer aldığı 1959 yapımı Cannes Film Festivali'nden yayınlanan Bloody Twilight adlı filmle tanındı. Aralarında; Vincente Minnelli, Luchino Visconti, Katina Paksinu ve Sylvester Stallone'nin olduğu usta isimlerle çalıştı. Ağırlıklı İtalya ve ABD yapımı film projelerinde görüldü. Yer aldığı diğer önemli nazı yapımlar arasında; A Matter of Time, Rocco and His Brothers, Rambo 3, Eighteen in the Sun ve The Serpent of Death sayılabilir.
Özel yaşamı ve ölümü
Dört kez evlenen 2013'te evlendiği son eşinden bir üvey kızı bulunan Focás, 10 Kasım 2023'te tedavi gördüğü Elefsis, Yunanistan'daki bir sağlık merkezinde 86 yaşında ölmüştür.
