Bir Türkofil, Türksever veya Türk dostu, Türkiye hükûmetine, kültürüne, tarihine veya halkına karşı olumlu bir yatkınlığı, sempatisi veya ilgisi olan kişidir. Bu, Türkiye'nin kendisini ve tarihini, Türk dilini, Türk mutfağını ve edebiyatını veya daha geniş anlamda Türk halklarını içerebilir.
