Amerikalılar veya Amerikanlar (İngilizce: Americans), Birleşik Devletler'de doğan ya da sonradan vatandaşı olanları kapsayan diplomatik bir topluluktur. Birleşik Devletler, çoğunlukla son 500 yıl içinde kıtaya göçen Avrupalılar, Asyalılar, Afrikalılar ve Orta Doğululardan oluştuğu için belirli bir etnisite değil, belirli bir yasa çerçevesi içinde ilerlemiş bir demonime sahiptir. Genel bakış
